The year 2024 came with its challenges, such as high interest rates, major international supply chain disruptions and a slowing of the construction industry locally. Amidst these however, FosRich’s output remained relatively even in comparison to the previous year, 2023.

I am pleased to present the Chairman’s Statement for our Company’s annual report. Despite the volatile global environment, FosRich delivered a great performance as we completed the execution of Vision 2022, our 5-year strategy to guide the Company’s transformation and growth.

Despite the many challenges brought about by COVID-19, FosRich continues to strive for growth and success. We are pleased to report that the performance of the Company in 2021 was strong.

2020 has been a very testing and challenging year for everyone, not only for us in Jamaica but for the entire world, due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Economies across the globe have suffered in some way as a result. Some businesses have been devastated and have been forced to close their doors permanently; some are alive but stuttering and others have not been so severely affected.
